Do you know the name of the font and do you have a specific size or can you size it to your needs?

I think the font is Autumn in November that is available on dafont.

That maybe a custom font or a modified existing font.  I tried to duplicate the sample and I used Autumn in November for "the' and used Autumn for the name.  I then modified the C and took out the dot in the I.
