Pattern Requests. / Missing pattern part
« on: December 14, 2018, 05:01:34 pm »
Oh please can someone help? I just started cutting blanks for this project and realized I must have lost part of the pattern.  I am missing the whole handle assembly. And I don't remember where I bought the pattern from. I must be getting old and so very forgetful.
I sure would appreciate any help with my latest screw up  :D

I have  52 dozen of these blades for sale.  You can buy as many or as few by the dozen as you would like.
Check my bargain prices in the graphic below.
They are great blades. My reason for selling them is that I have changed my style and now use blades with a finer kerf.
I prefer payment by Pay Pal but we can discuss other methods if necessary.

The Coffee Shop / Thank You so much
« on: April 06, 2018, 11:01:54 am »
Thank you all so, so much for your prayers and good wishes.  You really helped me through a tough patch but things are getting better every day. I have been at the saw but I have to admit those first few cuts were pretty shaky. But like my old body they are getting better every day.
THANKS AGAIN SO SO MUCH.

The Coffee Shop / I am Home after 2 months in hospital!!
« on: March 09, 2018, 11:00:06 am »
I am finally home sleeping in my own bed. Thank you all for your thought s and prayers.  I am not exactly ready for a tough man/woman contest but every day gets me closer to the saw.
Yes I hugged my saw when I got home ;D

The most difficult news is that two days after I got home I lost my 14 year old dog whose picture you see by my name. The vets had given him a life expectancy of 10 years. My son kept him while I was gone. Guess he was just waiting to say goodbye.

I love your stick man stories. Sure keep me entertained. Still in hospital so they give me my smile of the day.

The Coffee Shop / Still kicking
« on: February 10, 2018, 05:35:47 pm »
:D Hello all.  Finally got connected with my computer.  So I have been playing cleanup and catch up..
Short Story:
Jan 3: Major hernia repair. Was supposed to take 3.5 to 4 hours turned into 8 hours
Jan 9: Discharged to home
Jan 19: Back for stitch removal. Instantly admitted for surgery for infection pocket and other bad stuff.
Jan 19: thru Feb 8th they did another 8 surgeries. Wound Vac removed to expose a very large wound.
Feb 8: Transferred to another hospital for twice a day special nursing care to unpack and pack the wound with gauze. I refer to it a a gut shot with a torpedo.
Still here long days. Several weeks before any hope of seeing my critters
A prayer or two would be appreciated if you find a spare minute.
My shows may be a bit short this year as there is no sawdust flying  :)
Hope you are all doing great!

General Scroll Saw Talk / dremel drillpress??
« on: November 14, 2017, 04:33:33 pm »
I had a drill press thing for the dremel for when the holes need to be drilled in the center or someplace the throat of the table drill press isn't deep enough. I lost it or it walked away.  Anyone know what I am talking about and where I can get another one?

Ask Steve a question. / RJR STUDIOS
« on: May 19, 2017, 12:13:46 pm »
I have been getting my sanding mops from RJR for a very long time.  Usually talk to Bob.  I have been trying to reach them but get no answer and no reply to any messages left.  My last order took a long time and when it got here it was terrible.  Any idea how to get hold of them?? the picture shows the mop replacement I just received stuffed in a plastic bag and all curled up.It also show the way they used to come sealed flat in little containers.  Sure appreciate any contact you might have for them.
