some time ago I ordered brass plated D-rings. (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/100-Single-D-Rings-Picture-Hanging-Framing-EB-Screws-/280500645104?ssPageName=ADME:X:AAQ:GB:1123)
was kind of surprised when they came chrome plated, but didn't took action right then.
so after a week I got an Ebay feedback request and put in "neutral" and Ebay suggested to make contact with the seller first.
so I did wrote the TotalDIY seller (http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/totaldiy?_trksid=p2047675.l2559), explained all and they said: "Sorry, our mistake, we send you the brass plated, and no costs!"
and.... they told me not to send back the chrome plated.
so now I have 200 D-rings instead of 100, and that's what I call good Service!!

I have purchased a lot of thing off ebay and only once been disappointed. I always check the number of transactions the individual seller has and the feed back rating. It is is like 98% + with over than a thousand transactions, that a better batting average than Amazon!
