get red x in some pictures,how do you remove it?

the red x is a sign for a non existing image.

Where do you see that? can you show us a link? The image might have been hosted at a image server where it gets deleted when not visited/seen for a specified time.

sorry, I was busy and didn't come around.

...I suggest this to be a single picture that's missing at shutterfly.com. I can't exactly determine which one you missed - but I think it must be simply missing on the web. So it's nothing wrong on your computer.

You might want to contact the owner asking for the picture.
