photo to pattern request please

Hello guys. i was wondering if someone would be able to please change this photo in a pattern for me. me and my wife got married almost a year ago and we are going back to where we got married for our first anniversary in a week today. i dont think i'm going to be able to have this completed by then but i would like to surprise her shortly after we get back .  i'm hoping to make this a pretty big piece for her

Not so bad for me, but I'm glad I don't have to cut it. Maybe just drill a bunch of 1/16" holes?
