I am a Retired Chief.  The anchor is significant to the Chief.  The USN means "U" for unity, "S" for service, "N" for navigation.  The Chief is the backbone of the Navy.  Admirals give the order to move it and Chiefs make it move.  We motivate and train Sailors and junior officers alike.  By the way the pattern is nice.

JBLOCK,  Since you seam to have the chief's anchors, by chance do you have any of the SEABEE emblems or Deep Sea Diver emblems.  I am a retired SEABEE Diver.

Wow, I used to train Army Diver in Port Hueneme, Ca.  I was looking for the SEABEE Divers patterns.  Here is my email and PH as i have some decals and other photo options.  Our logo is a MK V hardhat Diver driving a Bulldozer, yes a bulldozer, and there really was one.
