Hey Janet, Is that really you? It's great to here from you! How have you been? I don't know about others, but I sure have missed your smiling face around here!
I don't know about the switch plate, but I will check around and see what I can find.

Thanks for the links Heiko. Looking closely at the pictures, it is obvious that these are laser cut. If you look at the edges of the pieces, they are burnt, sure sign of laser use.
I do not think you will find plans for these.
