I don't know about the switch plate, but I will check around and see what I can find.

Thanks for the links Heiko. Looking closely at the pictures, it is obvious that these are laser cut. If you look at the edges of the pieces, they are burnt, sure sign of laser use.
I do not think you will find plans for these.

I have to run to the store to get some brass fasteners to test out my cardboard model, but I think I will have something for you to work with.
