Well got it done. If I do another, I will make it a little larger. Would make things much easier. But I am happy with it. Had to make some minor repairs but still good enough for a rookie.
stacked 2 1/8" BB. Used FD 3/0 Spiral blades.

Beautiful work. Better not use the ROS on it. :)
Did you go through a lot of blades? I've heard those 3/0 spirals are pretty fragile.
How did you attach it to the backer? Seems like gluing those whiskers would be a job.

Must have used 10 blades. Several I broke the ends off just mounting them. Got to figure out what I am doing there. Love the blades.
I haven't mounted it on anything yet. Not decided how I want to do it. Last picture I did I sprayed the back of the picture with adhesive and laid it on the backer. That worked pretty good. But this one has so much open space I don't think that would work.

SUPER JOB! What wood did you use?
Baltic Birch, stacked 2 1/8" pieces. Unfortunately. the eyes fell apart on the bottom piece when I was sanding it.

Yep I need a frame and frame making is difficult for me. I will come up with something.
