First Intarsia ever
« on: July 09, 2011, 12:04:55 pm »
This is my first attempt at any type of this cutting. It was fun and actually really easy to do. This was an easy pattern but I look forward to cutting some more difficult patterns soon. The woods are Pine, Walnut, and Purple heart. All cut from some scraps. Finished with a spray lacquer.

You did a very nice job for your first go at Intarsia. Glad you found it fun; you'll find it even more enjoyable the more projects you do.

Keep up the good work.
