Two fish are sitting in a tank.
 One asks the other,
 "Hey do you know how to drive this thing?"

Saw a fish that could drive his tank - on the Discovery Channel.  Here's a video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbNmL6hSNKw (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbNmL6hSNKw)  It's interesting what entertains people - never would have thought of trying to build an aquarium that follows the fish in it.

Hi Jim:
Few things come to mind
I can see the fish chasing the cat around the house
If the fish jumps out of the water, will he "pop a wheelie"???
