Hi Steve from Omaha, welcome to the forum. I'm from Tennessee and also learning. Hope one day to make a wooden geared clock, but have to develop some more scrolling skills. What are you into?

If you are just spraying a coat of paint and or clear finish then the Habor Freight will do fine. If you will be trying all aspects of an airbrush (adding lines, designs etc) then move up to a Badger or Paashe. Don't mess with the double action unless you intent to use for painting as an artist. The single action will handle most all normal requirements.

Hi, I'm Bill from Tennessee. I've been a woodworker for many years but just now getting into scrolling. I intend to build a wooden geared clock, however I'm now working on other types to develop some skill. Looking forward to learning much.
