Hi again can any one  tell me about how to use the patterns i down load from here
They look good but the trouble i am having is the words some of the holes are too small
to cut how do i get to make the holes bigger. Just wondering

If you could give a picture or the pattern then someone maybe able to comment better.

If the area is small I will use the smallest blade I have a UR#1 or a 2/0 and then drill the smallest hole I can.

For the Ultra reverse # 1 the smallest hole is a 68 and 2/0 is 1/32.  I think they are basically the same size.  I just go off the chart at Mikes Workshop or the Olsen drill chart.

well i got the pinless blade in and it works much better.
