No I just drilled a hole in the middle piece and a hole three fourths of the way in the base and put a dowel in to hold it.Hope this clears it up. Let me know. Bobby

Here is Steve's relief cross I cut out today.It is maple with a cedar base. I drilled a 1/4" hole in the base and the bottom of the cross instead gluing them together. Thanks Steve for the pattern .Bobby

JerryH,that is the same couple.Yes she did fine work and if I remember right he did the finish work on her scroll work. He told me he made the machine using the arms from the RBI Hawk.I think they were from Missouri.If you ever see them again please let me know. Bobby

I was in War Eagle,Mo a couple of years ago and a man and wpman had a scroll saw booth there that had a scroll saw that he made for her.You pedaled it like a bicycle and it worked really good.I would like to get in touch with them about making one for me. If anyone has any info about them please let me know. I had a card they gave me but like a dummy I lost it. Thanks. Bobby

First I like to thank Steve for everything he does for all the scrollers not just here in the states but all around the world.My name is Bobby and right now I live ine Texas,DFW area.Been scrolling about 9 years and just can't get enough.Looks like Steve has a great start on this board with a lot of great folks all ready signed up.Everyone have a great day and keep the saw dust flying.
