I was most graciously given two pieces of Jatoba by Karl with the following conditions.. that I cut this pattern from Sheila Landry Designs and that I post pictures of them.. Not a problem :) Sealed with Tung Oil and then top coated with satin lacquer. The backing is 1/8 BB.

Believe it or not folks I used a #3 Ultra Reverse and took my time. Ran my speed way up though to around 7 but kept my feed speed down to a reasonable speed. I am not all that happy with spirals for doing lettering as I have trouble seeing at times :)

One of those bar picture hangers super glued to the back works great. These are not heavy so they do not need to be nailed or screwed in place.
