Steve, or anyone else, I am trying to curve text on the bottom. I am able to do curved text for the top of a circle, but not the bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Johnny

This is my first time for posting pictures of my work. I used wood shavings from other wood carving project I have kept. My son asked me why I kept all the shavings and now he knows. Hope you like the pictures. Johnny

I want to thank everyone for their reply. I have been using a short 2x4 which works okay, so I may stay with it until I check out all the suggestions. Once again, thanks all.

I have bought a DeWalt 788 and I was wondering if there was a way to support the arm when placing blade through hole? Thanks much in advance.

Ask Steve a question. / Bi-Plane wheels
« on: August 27, 2019, 07:32:34 pm »
As I was cutting the pattern for the bi-plane I noticed that the instructions say to cut the wheel hold to 17/64 and the rest to 1/4. I found that the only way for my wheels to work was cut the hole in the wheels to 1/4 and not 17/64, As I am typing this I just now noticed the instructions with the photo is correct while the pattern is not. I just that answers my question. Amazing what happens when you read everything.

I am new here but have been getting the daily emails since around first of 2019. I have been scroll sawing for just under 1 year and enjoy it greatly. I will soon be 70 and am always looking for new challenges. Hope all have a great weekend. Thanks for letting me join.
