I read your post today that was included with today's pattern. I just want to say Thank You for getting it right about Memorial Day. Its a day of remembrance and to give thanks to Gold Star families.

The Coffee Shop / Latest Pattern

Steve, Thank you for your latest pattern  concerning the attack in San Bernardino. I retired from the PD about 2 1/2 years ago. My son is a Detective and was just around the corner when the calls began to come in. There were 4 Officers that went in not knowing what to expect or if the shooters were still in the building. Fortunately, they had already left. Their training kicked in. They seen the pipe bombs and instead of leaving, they began to extract the wounded. They were placing them in cars, pick up truck beds, anything they could to get them out of harms way. Unfortunately, a couple of them had already died. These guys did not hesitate. My son came home with blood all over his clothes. I am so very proud of him. So once again, thanks for the encouragement.

Pattern Requests. / Pattern help

My daughter is a Special Ed teacher and would like to give one of her Moms a wooden portrait. My daughter is leaving the school and transferring to another. Same district. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
