Keychain tip
« on: June 25, 2018, 03:50:02 pm »
I don’t know if you know it but there are some other characters in the keychain font.

 I have done the dog chain a few times and the sports one I do have name – star - number

Dog biscuit open [ close].  Heart is comma, start is semi colon ;

Regular start is period - end with slash

Don, thanks for that little nugget of info.  I have made several key chains for folks but had not noticed.  > GLC

Unfortunately, you can't mix font's.  I tried to do the heart with the word  yoga for a friend, doesn't work.  :(

Key chain font is called mychain.ttf  it is used with Steve's keychain program.

It only has upper case characters plus the few special characters above.

heart yoga would look like below.

If you wanted a key chain with some other font you can do in Inkscape.  yoga takes a little work because of the decenders

If you have some particular font you want let me know and I will try.
