Jpg error 404

I get an error when trying to open jpg files. Is there a setting I need to change. I'm a new member and new to scrolling. I purchased a Porter Cable after watching your video. Do you know if anyone makes a metal replacement for the plastic puck? Thanks for any advise.

How are you trying to open the jpg file?  Is it on your computer, on the Internet, or . . . ?  What exactly is the error message?

It might help if you told us what computer you are using and what operating system you have.
