What I'm doing is delaying the upgrade as long as I can. ;D  Still, for those who want to upgrade or who have upgraded, there is lots of good info there.  Thanks

I would do a clean install of windows 10 and not do the free windows 10 upgrade nothing but a pain in the butt to install.

here is a link to get windows 10 pro.  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832588491

A clean install may be the best as you get an "all new" computer installation instead of an upgrade.

Apparently you can also do a clean installation without buying the program as Spiderman recommends.  A clean install can be done using the upgrade file but there are specific steps that must be followed. See page two of the link in the first post.

Just a thought, you must decide.

I've actually been enjoying Windows 10. I've had very few problems and have been running it for nearly a year on the Microsoft insider program which means I've had test builds galore as they come out on the fast ring. There were some pretty buggy version prior to February! I'm still getting the test builds as they roll out even now. Just got a new one last week as a matter of fact. So far, on a laptop, a desktop and a tablet, Things are really smooth and much better than windows 8.
