Ray, this site is a bit more basic than some others. Here if you like something say it! It helps us to further communicate with each other - Takes time rather than a simple click on a smile or whatnot . I get enough of those on facebook and they don't mean anything to me.

Scott, you are finding that the Dremel does vibrate alot! There are a couple of other entry level saws that would be better, go to Lowes, Home Depot, or Menards and check them out. Have them actually turn them on with a blade (may have to bring your own) and watch for vibration. Also you can check LSN, Craigslist, eBay etc for good used. You can also check out scroll saw reviews in several forums.

I used the program to make two luggage tags.

Barb, that is a very good idea. Can also paint the tags a bright color so they really stand out.

I have used it on closely cut frets, sometimes within a 1/8". It appears to stick well without lifting. The only time I had any lifting was when I applied it first to one board, changed my mind and peeled it off and applied to a second board. It started to lift in the closely cut areas, but still was usable.
