Title: Year round ornaments needed
Post by: Bucko on January 04, 2018, 07:16:12 pm
Our pencil Christmas tree is going to stay up for an unknown amount of time with the thought of decorating with ornaments for the seasons ,holiday,etc..
As a new scroller I’d like for some direction to look for some patterns to fit such descriptions. Any input on a source(s) of such patterns would be appreciated. Thanks so much —

Diana Thompson's books have lots of ornament pattern ideas in them.  I have made nine different ornament/toys and some are directly from her books.  Cats . dogs, swans, dragons, angels, horses, giraffes, reindeer,  and have modified one horse to make it a unicorn.  All done using the compound cutting method using my scroll saw.

Thanks Jim, I see my Ohio library system has two of Diana’s books that I can request.

Hi, Bucko,
Clip art may be a good source for generic picss to make ornaments from so that you can look for
holiday themes and maybe some seasonal pics for fall, winter, spring, and summer.
God Bless! Spirithorse
